The band is fronted by Emma Gilmour and features other former members of Classique as well as pedigree of musicians who play with The Brand New Heavies, Errol Brown and Corrine Bailey Rea. The band typically works as a 5 piece unit (including male and female vocals). Repertoire consists of classic pop/rock, soul and disco songs covered from the last 5 decades. Ideal for weddings, parties, dinner dances and corporate events. From £700 (Details) Solar Power are a fantastic 5 piece soul band for the 21st Century! Guaranteed to bring a dancing / party atmosphere whenever they perform. Playing soul classics from such artists as Otis Redding, Joe Tex and the Tramps. Formed in 2002 ago they are a mixture of Manchester's finest musicians with many years performing and recording expertise.

From £1450 (Details) Turn it Loose are the ultimate soul band. This 10 band piece established in 1992 comprises of 4 vocalists and a 3 piece brass section. Repertoire wise, the band play classic soul standards ala Commitments as well as disco favorites with the odd current hit thrown in for good measure.

From £500 (Details) The Cheshire Cats Jazz Quartet offer the best in easy jazz or dinner jazz. Add some ambience to your wedding breakfast or corporate evening dinner. The "Cheshire Cats" mainly play well know jazz standards such as The Girl From Ipanima, Take Five, Summertime and Bye Bye Blackbird but the "Cats" are always willing to take requests. The line up consists of Saxophone, Piano, Double Bass and Drums, a vocalist can also be added if required.
